Every job has its difficulties some kind of characteristics they are needed to have in order to be successful in it. For a person who wants to be a teacher shoul habe more skills which are necessary for it. I will give some ideas about making a good teacher:

Firstly, to be a good teacher, of course, teacher should have knowledge and teaching skills. Because, if teacher have a knowledge they can give and take an interest of students. In my perspective these two of them are pivotal for being an ideal.

Sense of humour also considered to be the main charecter teacher should have. Because if teacher makes a joke with students lesson also will be interesting and communication between students and teacher will be better.

In addition to this, teacher should have fairness and consistency. A consistent teacher is a same person from day to day. A fair teacher treats equally in the same situation without categorizing them. And teachers should expect more from student give responsibility to them. If they expect high from a student, student also try to get high results.

Having considered all of these skills and characteristics teachers should love their job and this can relieve them to be an ideal for a student.
